CASE STUDIES & RESULTS

Honest about what we can show you right now.

We won't publish fabricated statistics or borrowed case studies with numbers we can't personally stand behind. This page explains what progress typically looks like and how we prove work happened — not invented percentages.

Why no flashy numbers here

A specific claim we can't verify doesn't belong on this page.

Plenty of agency websites show client logos and percentages next to them — "340% traffic increase," "page one in 30 days." Some of these are real; a lot are recycled templates with swapped-in numbers. Rather than guess which category a visitor should assume we fall into, we'd rather describe the pattern honestly and let client references speak for the specifics once we're actually working together.

What progress typically looks like

A realistic timeline, not a promise.

Weeks 1-4

Technical and structural issues identified in the audit get fixed — crawl errors, indexing gaps, missing schema, slow-loading pages. This rarely moves rankings dramatically on its own, but it removes the ceiling that was capping everything else.

Weeks 4-12

On-page and entity work goes live — restructured content, answer-ready formatting, consistent brand facts across the web. This is usually when the first AI-citation improvements and featured-snippet gains start appearing in monthly reporting.

Months 3-6

Authority signals (relevant links, guest posts) compound, and competitive keyword rankings typically begin moving meaningfully for clients in moderately competitive categories. Highly competitive categories can take longer.

Ongoing

Monthly AI citation testing and Search Console data continue to shape the plan — this isn't a one-time project, since both Google's algorithm and AI models keep evolving.

How we prove work happened

Evidence you can check yourself.

Every monthly report includes live URLs for content published and links placed, screenshots of AI prompt tests before and after changes, and Search Console data pulled directly from your own property — not a summary we've written unverifiably. If a claim can be checked, we show you how to check it yourself rather than asking you to take our word for it.

As our client roster grows, we'll add verifiable, named case studies here with client permission. Until then, if you'd like to speak with a current client as a reference before committing, ask us on a strategy call — we'll arrange it where the client is comfortable doing so.
